Fatigue just does not seem to emerge readily. Another good way to handle fatigue is to turn off your self view. Zoom and other packages allow us to turn off this self view.
This is just so helpful as looking at ourselves, which is what we do, appears to be quite mentally taxing and serves as a key source for our fatigue.
